Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

We are accepting inquiries to be a Retail account in the USA. Be prepared to share information regarding your business, contact information and your Reseller Tax Certificate below. After you submit the form, someone from Juiced Scooters sales will get back to you in a few days. We are also accepting information from companies interested in being distributors in the USA and Internationally. Your submission of this inquiry does not guarantee your status as an approved Juiced Scooters Retail account or Distributor.
