USE

Headaches, Migraines or Puffy eyes

Use Cold Therapy: Place in freezer bag, store in freezer for about 1 to 2 hours. Remove from freezer and place over closed eyes, feel the gentle pressure relax and soothe you.

We recommend our essential oils for an aromatherapy treatment while resting your eyes and mind. Simply place a few drops on your Aromatherapy eye pillow and enjoy.

The oils should be added *after* cooling or heating your pillow, not before.


Meditation

Place in the microwave and heat for about 30 seconds, or room temperature if you prefer. Use after yoga or a stressful day.
