I'm a small town girl from Ontario, CA. I'm also a complete nerd of all things human potential--and for the last decade I've been sharing what I've learned through impact based businesses that include videos, books, podcasts, and experiential workshops and coaching. I create art of all sorts in my spare time, love convrersing both online and in real life, and love nothing more than leaning in, loving hard and playing like my life depended on it!
